The UEFA Champions League semi-finals delivered another electrifying night of football, as Barcelona and Inter Milan battled to a dramatic 3-3 draw at the Camp Nou on Wednesday night. This came just a day after PSG edged Arsenal 1-0 at the Emirates in the first semi-final leg.

Inter Milan stunned the home crowd with an explosive start, taking the lead in the very first minute through Marcus Thuram, who converted a sharp assist from the ever-impressive Denzel Dumfries. The Dutch wing-back doubled Inter’s lead in the 21st minute with a clinical finish, putting the visitors 2-0 ahead.

Barcelona’s response was swift and spirited. In the 24th minute, 16-year-old prodigy Lamine Yamal pulled one back with a sensational strike. Momentum shifted, and by the 38th minute, Ferran Torres had leveled the scoreline at 2-2 with a well-timed finish from a Raphinha assist. The first half ended with both sides on equal terms, setting up a thrilling second period.

Inter came out firing after the break, and Dumfries again proved decisive, netting his second goal in the 64th minute to restore the visitors’ lead at 3-2. But Barcelona hit back almost immediately. Just one minute later, a dangerous corner kick struck the crossbar and was inadvertently turned into the net by Inter goalkeeper Yann Sommer, marking the game’s final goal.

Despite numerous chances from both sides, the match ended in a high-octane 3-3 draw. With the second leg set for next Tuesday at the San Siro, the tie remains wide open, and fans can expect another gripping encounter as both teams fight for a place in the final.

Meanwhile, Arsenal will be seeking redemption as they travel to Paris next Wednesday to overturn a 0-1 first-leg defeat against PSG.
